Updating your beneficiary designations takes just a few minutes, is a simple way to make a gift, and you can review them during any stage of life. If you choose to leave a gift to in your will or trust, the following language is an example of how a bequest to benefit [Ministry Name] may be worded:
“I give, devise and bequeath to [Legal name of ministry] a qualified 501(c)(3) charitable organization located in City, ST, Tax ID: [Tax ID of ministry], _____ percent of my residuary estate.”
